Almost every time I go for a walk on the beach I see at least one piece of plastic washed up on the shore. In order to stop contributing to ocean plastics, here are a couple easy tips for Plastic Free July because small changes have a big impact.
Invest in an insulated water bottle, like a Hydro Flask, to keep your beverage cool in the heat. Most insulated water bottles keep refreshments cool for 24 hours.
Carry a reusable straw with you wherever you go so you never need to ask one at the restaurant or the coffee shop. I personally really like the FinalStraw. It’s Collapsible, reusable metal and it comes with a convenient travel case and cleaning tool in assorted colors - eco-friendly and BPA free.
Carry a reusable bag with you and in your car when you go shopping. If you forget it, you can ask for paper bags instead.
