Dreaming Up My Coastal-Inspired Home 🐚
September 18, 2025

Lately, I’ve been dreaming about home decorβ€”not just any home, but one that feels like an extension of the ocean itself. Think Ariel’s grotto, but instead of hidden treasures, it’s a curated collection of shells, corals, driftwood, and little trophies gathered from my life by the sea.

Health is Wealth: Tracking My Body Inside and Out 🌊
September 17, 2025

Lately, I’ve been leaning into the idea that health is wealthβ€”because without a strong, supported body, it’s impossible to live fully, dive deeply, or keep up with the ocean adventures I love.

That’s why I started using Function Health, a platform that tests over 100 biomarkers, giving a full picture of what’s happening inside the body.

Whether you're a seasoned bug hunter or just getting your fins wet, respect is everything β€” respect for the lobsters, the reefs, and the rules that protect them.

What Beachcombing Has Taught Me About Slow Living
June 30, 2025

There’s something sacred about walking barefoot along the shoreline, eyes scanning the tide line for tiny treasures. What started as a simple love for shells has quietly become one of the most meaningful rituals in my life β€” not just a search for beauty, but a lesson in how to live slower, softer, and more present.

Conch Anatomy 101 : What I Learned in the Bahamas πŸšπŸ‡§πŸ‡Έ
June 17, 2025

If you’ve ever walked the shores of the Bahamas and picked up a conch shell, you’ve held more than just a beautiful ocean souvenirβ€”you’ve held a spiral-shaped story of island life, local tradition, and some fascinating marine biology.

World Sea Turtle Day - Honoring Our Ancient Ocean Friends
June 16, 2025

Every June 16th, we celebrate World Sea Turtle Dayβ€”a special day to raise awareness and appreciation for one of the ocean’s oldest and most remarkable creatures. Sea turtles have roamed the seas for over 100 million years, surviving natural predators, climate shifts, and geological changes. But today, these ancient mariners face unprecedented threats from human activity.

Happy World Oceans Day - A Love Letter to the Sea 🌊
June 8, 2025

Every June 8th, we celebrate World Oceans Day β€” a global reminder that the ocean is not just a place, but a life source. Covering over 70% of our planet, the ocean gives us every second breath we take, regulates our climate, and holds an entire universe of biodiversity beneath the surface.

Just tried the @oceanfoam rollers and I’m officially hooked! 🌿🌊πŸ’ͺ As someone committed to sustainability, I love that these innovative foam products are made with algae and recycled materials. Not only are they functional and sleek, but they also align with my values of supporting eco-conscious brands.

Spring Clean for the Sea – Beach Clean-Up with Neritic Diving in Pompano Beach
April 10, 2025

There’s nothing like giving back to the ocean that gives us so much. This past weekend, I joined Neritic Diving and an amazing group of divers, spearos, and ocean lovers in Pompano Beach for our Spring Clean for the Sea event. We gathered for a full day of beach cleanup, removing plastic, debris, and marine litter left behind after Spring Break.
