Just wanted to do a little something to shine a spotlight on those who provide healthcare under challenging circumstances and to say I’m grateful for healthcare workers everywhere. A special thought for my beautiful friend @marconkatia. She’s usually an OR nurse but the hospital put a hold on all surgeries except for emergency cases due to lack of supplies and to keep as much rooms available for COVID patients. In about a week the OR nurses had to rally together and create a make-shift ICU in the recovery room for non-COVID patients, but for people recovering from shock, cardiac arrests that need to receive critical medical care.

I was inspired by @sarashakeel ’s post 2 days ago who asked people to send her pictures of healthcare workers to create sparkling artworks. I had submitted a picture of my friend but the artist received thousands of images and couldn’t edit them all, so I decided I would give it a shot and learn how do to it myself. 

Sending all healthcare workers good vibes and positive thoughts!
